Founder – Neeta V Shetty
Senior Psychotherapist, Relationship and Marriage Therapist
Ms Neeta V Shetty has done her M.S and MPhil in Psychotherapy and Counselling and pursuing her PhD in the
same. She has over a decade of experience in counselling and Psychotherapy. She specializes in Mindfulness,
MBCT, CBT and REBT. She is the psychotherapist on the panel of EAP Service providing firms such as Work Place
Options, Santulan , Apollo Life, PCC / Optum India, Simplify My Training, Play To Potential to name a few. As an
affiliate trainer for Optum (PPC) she has conducted workshops for Johnson & Johnson, Jansen, Cathay Pacific,
BASF, BAYER, J B Morgan, Fiserve, McAfee, S.W.I.F.T, OTIS, PNB MetLife, Synopsys to name a few .Her inputs have been taken for articles on Relationship, Parenting and Lifestyle in Hindustan Times HT Cafe, Mid-Day (English and Gujarati) Mumbai Mirror and Pune Mirror, Bombay Times, Femina, New Women, Homemaker (Hindi) and Vama Today (Hindi)
Dr Aditya Gopinathan Nair
Psychiatrist
Dr Aditya Gopinathan Nair, is a consultant psychiatrist in practice in Mumbai. While Dr Nair has extensive clinical
experience in general and child/adolescent psychiatry, Dr Nair’s areas of interest include sexual psychology and
post-traumatic stress. He evaluates and treats patients for emotional problems such as Major depression, Bipolar Mood
Disorder, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder among
other disorders. Dr Nair completed his undergraduate medical training from 1998 to 2003 under the Maharashtra
University of Health Sciences. He further completed his residency in Psychiatry from 2005 to 2007 in Mumbai at the K J Somaiya Hospital & Research Centre during which he was awarded the Major General Jennings prize and Gold medal for securing the highest scores in the examination.
Megha A Popat
Clinical Psychologist- Assessment and Testing
Meghna is a Clinical Psychologist and her expertise lies in testing and assessments like Psychometric assessment
which includes DAP, ROR, MMPI, TAT, CAT and personality tests (16 PF, MAP), Aptitude test, informal educational
assessment. She has also done her Childcare and Development course of 3yrs from Mumbai University.
She has the experience of dealing with cases of Learning Disorder, ADHD and emotional issues of children.
Meghna also conducts Remedial Classes.
Ashmi Mehta
Clinical Psychologist- Senior Care
Ashmi has done her Masters in Clinical Psychology and has an experience in the mental health field for approximately
more than five years. Her role comprises conducting psychometric evaluations for adults. She also specializes in
Counselling Geriatric Patients and their care-takers. She also Counsels psychiatric
patients, and their families and care givers
Ms Sri Snnigdha
De Addiction Therapist
Miss .Sri Snnigdha is a licensed clinical psychologist. She completed her masters and MPhil in Clinical Psychology
from IHBAS, New Delhi. She has worked with children, adults and the geriatric population. Earlier she was associated
with the De addiction centre of KEM Hospital, Mumbai and is presently working as a consultant at a private clinic.
She handled substance dependent patients through individual and group therapy sessions for their motivation
enhancement, craving management, problem solving skills, coping skill management, high risk situation prevention
and relapse prevention. In addition, she conducted awareness programmes in association with various NGOs at their
centres and drug hot spots around the city. She is simultaneously pursuing her PhD in the area of substance dependence.
She continues to teach post-graduate courses on clinical psychology, psychopathology as well as topics on various techniques used in therapy especially CBT. She has made paper presentations at national (Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists) and regional level seminars (Bombay Psychiatric Society).
Asra Parkar
Speech Therapist
Asra Parkar has a Master’s Degree in Speech Language pathology and Audiology from the esteemed Ali Yavar Jung National
Institute for Speech and Hearing Disabilities. She is an RCI- certified professional and has a vast and varied experience in
the area of speech language pathology. She has interned at various renowned institutions like TATA memorial hospital,
Sion Hospital, Jai Vakeel Foundation, Pragati Vidyalaya for the hearing impaired.
Arpita Ghosh
Expressive Art Therapist
Arpita is a Post Graduate diploma holder in Personality Development, has completed Certificate course in Dance Movement
Therapy (TISS) and Voice Movement Therapy (International Association of Voice Movement Therapy) she started her career
as a Media professional for over a decade exploring the Radio, TV, Films and Print medium. She designs and facilitates
sessions using the Expressive Arts. Coaching individuals for life skills. Conversational and spoken English is another area of
expertise. Successful trainings have been conducted by her at various corporate and educational institutes.
Ms Subha Sreenivasan Iyer
Art Therapist
Subha is a marketer & media professional who works in Mumbai. She firmly believes in the transformative power of
Art & have developed my own Art & Life workshops. She specializes in abstract and oil colours and also practices
photography. She splits her time equally between paid workshops, which fund my ‘no-fee’ workshops, which she conducts
for children and young-adults from under-privileged sections of the society.
